The Hub is primarily an authorized business workspace. If your organization enters customer or audience information into the Hub, it remains responsible for giving people the notices and choices required for that activity.
1. Who we are
The Hub is operated by Al Jowder Flowers and Landscaping (“Al Jowder”, “we”, “us” or “our”) at hub.aljowder.com. For privacy questions or requests, contact online@aljowder.com.
Depending on the activity, Al Jowder may decide why and how information is used, or may process information on behalf of the organization that authorized the workspace. If you use the Hub through an employer or business customer, that organization may also provide its own privacy notice.
2. Information we may collect
- Account information: name, username, work email, phone number where used for sign-in, role, permissions, active status and account security events.
- Integration information: connected account IDs, page or profile identifiers, provider usernames, approved permissions, OAuth states, access tokens, refresh tokens and token-expiry information. Supported credentials and tokens are encrypted in storage.
- Workspace content: campaign plans, content drafts, captions, media, approvals, schedules, comments, audience segments, customer details and operational notes that authorized users enter or upload.
- Technical and audit information: IP address, browser or device details, timestamps, request and error information, login attempts, role changes, audit events and security records.
- Support information: messages, feedback and information you choose to provide when asking for help.
We do not intend the Hub to collect payment-card numbers. Please do not enter them into free-text fields, uploads, notes or integrations.
3. How we use information
- to create accounts, authenticate users and apply role-based access;
- to provide the Hub’s content, campaign, audience, inbox, analytics and operational features;
- to connect, refresh, test and disconnect approved third-party integrations;
- to protect the Hub, investigate misuse, prevent fraud and maintain audit records;
- to provide support, troubleshoot faults and improve reliability and usability;
- to meet legal, regulatory, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations; and
- to send service or security notices. Promotional communications are sent only where permitted and with the choices required by applicable law.
4. Lawful bases and choices
Depending on the context and applicable law, we may process information because it is needed to provide the Hub or perform an agreement, because it supports legitimate business and security interests, because you or your organization gave consent, or because processing is required by law or needed to establish or defend legal rights.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal or processing that can continue on another lawful basis.
5. Connected platforms and service providers
If you connect Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok or another provider, the Hub receives only the permissions and information that you approve or that the provider makes available. The provider may separately collect and use information under its own privacy policy and terms. You can revoke an integration from the provider or ask an administrator to disconnect it.
We may use hosting, database, backup, security, email, WhatsApp, automation, analytics and support providers to operate the Hub. They may process information only as needed to provide services to us, subject to appropriate contractual or security controls.
6. Sharing and disclosure
We may share information with authorized users and administrators who need it for the workspace, connected providers at your direction, service providers that support the Hub, professional advisers, regulators or law-enforcement authorities where required, and a successor in connection with a merger, restructuring or sale of the relevant business.
We do not sell personal information. We do not disclose customer or audience information for unrelated advertising by third parties.
7. International transfers
Al Jowder, connected providers and service providers may operate in different countries. When information is transferred across borders, we use the safeguards required by applicable law and the provider’s contractual and security commitments. Connected social and automation providers may transfer information according to their own terms.
8. Retention
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described here, while an account or integration is active, for security and audit requirements, to resolve disputes, or to comply with legal and business record obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it, anonymize it or securely restrict it where appropriate.
Disconnecting a provider stops the Hub from using that integration for new activity, but may not immediately remove records already included in audit logs, published content history, backups or legal records.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards such as encrypted credential storage, access controls, security headers, audit trails, session protections and limited access to private media. Security is a shared responsibility: use a strong password, protect your device, do not share login details and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
No transmission or storage system is completely secure. If we identify a security incident that requires notice, we will follow the notification duties that apply to the circumstances.
10. Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law and reasonable verification, you may ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or provide a copy of personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection or consumer-protection authority.
Send a request to online@aljowder.com with the subject “Al Jowder Hub privacy request”. Tell us what you need, the account or organization concerned and a safe way to contact you. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information that we must keep by law or for security and legal claims.
11. Cookies and similar technologies
The Hub uses necessary cookies and similar technologies for sessions, authentication, security, language or display preferences and core functionality. We may use limited technical measurements to protect and improve the service. We do not use advertising cookies in the internal Hub unless we first update this Policy and provide any choices required by law.
12. Children
The Hub is intended for authorized business users and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Hub, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when the Hub, integrations or applicable requirements change. We will post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will use reasonable efforts to provide an additional notice through the Hub or an appropriate business contact.
