By signing in to or using the Hub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Hub. The Hub is intended for authorized users and is not a public consumer marketplace.
1. Who operates the Hub
The Hub is operated by Al Jowder Flowers and Landscaping (“Al Jowder”, “we”, “us” or “our”). The Hub is available at hub.aljowder.com and related pages, services and integrations that we make available with it.
References to “you” mean the individual using the Hub or the organization on whose behalf that individual is authorized to use it.
2. Eligibility and authorized access
You may use the Hub only if you are authorized by Al Jowder or by an organization that has permission to use the Hub. You must provide accurate account information, keep your login details confidential and use only your own account unless an administrator has expressly approved another arrangement.
Administrators may create, change, suspend or remove accounts and permissions to protect the workspace, its data and its users. You must promptly tell an administrator if you believe that your account or an integration credential has been compromised.
3. What the Hub provides
The Hub may provide tools for marketing calendars, content drafting and approvals, social publishing, community inboxes, campaigns, analytics, audiences, automations, customer records and related operational workflows. Features may differ by account, role, configuration and connected service.
We may improve, modify, replace or discontinue features. Where a change materially affects the workspace, we will use reasonable efforts to communicate it through the Hub or an appropriate business contact.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the information, files, marketing copy, customer records, social content and other material that you enter, upload, approve or publish through the Hub (“Your Content”). You must ensure that Your Content is accurate, lawful, appropriate for its intended audience and supported by any permissions or rights required to use it.
You must not:
- use the Hub to break the law, infringe another person’s rights or violate a connected platform’s terms;
- upload malware, credentials, payment-card data or sensitive personal information that the workflow does not require;
- access another user’s account, bypass role controls or attempt to probe, disrupt or reverse engineer the Hub;
- send unsolicited or unlawful marketing communications, or use customer data without an appropriate notice, permission or other lawful basis; or
- use automated access, scraping or high-volume activity that is not expressly supported by the Hub.
5. Your Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant Al Jowder a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, reproduce, process, display and transmit Your Content only as needed to operate, secure, support and improve the Hub and to carry out the workflow you or your organization request.
The Hub, its software, design, documentation and underlying technology belong to Al Jowder or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you. Al Jowder’s name, marks and logos may not be used without permission.
6. Connected services
The Hub can connect to third-party services such as social networks, messaging services, automation tools, analytics tools and content platforms. When you connect one, you authorize the Hub to request and use the permissions you approve so it can perform the selected workflow.
Each third-party service remains governed by its own terms, privacy notice, API rules and availability. A provider may change or revoke access, restrict publishing, require review or make a feature unavailable. We are not responsible for a provider’s independent acts, policies or service outages.
7. Security and confidentiality
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for the Hub, including role-based access, audit records and encrypted storage for supported integration credentials and tokens. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, and you must also protect your devices, passwords and approved access.
Information marked or reasonably understood to be confidential must be used only for the authorized business purpose and shared only with people who need it for that purpose.
8. Availability, support and changes
The Hub may be unavailable for maintenance, security work, upgrades, provider outages, connectivity problems or events outside our reasonable control. We may provide support through the business contact or administrator channel configured for your organization.
We may update these Terms when the Hub or applicable requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after the effective date means the revised Terms apply.
9. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Hub is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every provider or suitable for every business decision. You remain responsible for reviewing drafts, approvals, audiences, budgets, permissions and publishing results before relying on them.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a consumer or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Al Jowder will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data or loss caused by a third-party service, except to the extent such limitation is not permitted by law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the direct loss reasonably attributable to the Hub and the circumstances giving rise to the claim.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access where necessary to protect the Hub, comply with law, respond to misuse, address a security issue or follow the instruction of the organization that controls the account. You may stop using the Hub at any time and ask an administrator to deactivate your account.
Sections concerning Your Content, confidentiality, intellectual property, liability, disputes and any provisions that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.
12. Governing law and contact
Subject to any mandatory law that applies to you, these Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, will have jurisdiction over disputes, unless the parties agree otherwise or mandatory law requires another forum.
Questions about these Terms should be sent to online@aljowder.com with the subject “Al Jowder Hub Terms”.
